I am passionate about revenue management and have made significant contributions to numerous industry conferences and events in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand. As the President of HSMAI Indonesia, I formed the Indonesian Revenue Management Committee and led the chapter. Additionally, I organized large HSMAI Revenue Management events in Jakarta, Bali, Singapore, and Thailand, and worked closely with SIT hospitality school in Singapore to develop both an online Revenue Management Ready Program and an educational program focused on revenue management.
