Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard

Outgoing, adventurous, and down to try everything at least once! My life has been a whole series of twists and turns that have been the result of saying “let’s give it a shot”, and I have no regrets.

My typical weekday routine would consist of driving to work with a coffee and a podcast playing (usually Monocle Daily or Diary of a CEO), and then bouncing between my office and meetings! I usually have a late dinner at home, and (hopefully) make it to the gym and sauna before bed.

My weekend routine usually consists of trying out new cafes or visiting waterfalls with friends. Otherwise, I’ll be at the racetrack coaching drivers at Stratos Motorsports!

Some memorable highlights of our work includes Decathlon Malaysia, Gore, Paul Bakery, Asia School of Business, and more.

I’m passionate about all initiatives supporting environmental conservation, particularly surrounding the Malayan Tiger and coastal areas. In addition, I’m an advocate for charities that support victims of domestic violence, like the Women’s Aid Organisation.

At the end of the day, nothing beats putting in the hours. This applies to both employees and entrepreneurs. Results and recognition may not be immediate, but if you keep being consistent, your efforts will pay off.

We’re a full service digital marketing agency, which means we’re able to provide most digital elements that a marketing team might require. That being said, the two offerings I’m most excited about this year for Pandan Social are our consultancy service, as well as our TikTok content creation services.
